During this workshop indulge in rendering faces in the medium of your choice. Instructions on facial anatomy and easy to follow steps are included. Mediums can as diverse as graphite pencil or acrylic painting and everything in between. Select any medium or work in all the ones listed below.
Just a small advice…doing faces is highly addictive as it is immensely enjoyable.
Supplies :Newsprint paper, 4B sketching  pencil and a drawing board (foam board recommended as it is light in weight)  is a must for all mediums along with source pictures.
Pastels- mid tone pastel paper, chalk pastels, pastel pencil, putty eraser, fixative spray.
Acrylics- canvas , acrylic paints, additional white recommended, palette, paint brushes, hair dryer.
Water colours- smooth or medium texture water colour paper, tube water colours, paint brushes, palette, hair dryer.
Oil Paints – canvas, oil paints with an additional white, paint brushes, palette, odourless oil medium (for cleaning brushes and mixing paints).

    Learn innovative techniques for watercolours, acrylics and mixed media.
    Lessons 1 & 2, watercolours, supplies…. tube water colours, paint brushes,water colour palette, natural sponge, masking fluid, saran wrap, salt,a white candle, painter’s tape, tooth brush, wax crayons, cotton gauze/cheese cloth, water mister, hair dryer, paper doilies, drawing/foam board, source pics.
    Lessons 3 & 4, acrylics, supplies…. heavy watercolour paper or canvas, acrylic paints, an additional tube of white recomended, palette, paint brushes, painter’s tape, palette knife, sponge roller, saran wrap, water mister, hair dryer, source pics.
