The Okanagan Festival Singers is celebrating 25 years of bringing Choral Music to the Okanagan Valley and beyond.
At this 25th Anniversary Gala Concert the choir will perform three celebratory works: Handel’s Dixit Dominus, Hayden’s Lord Nelson Mass, and Handel’s “Zadok the Priest” from the Coronation Anthems.
A full Baroque-style orchestra will accompany these works, with Nancy DiNovo as Concertmaster. The works will also feature local soloists plus the acclaimed soprano, Nancy Washeim.
Following the concert the audience is invited to enjoy a reception, and browse through the many displays in the foyer highlighting the choir’s 25 year history.
