Register for one of the three workshops and purchase a $10 value ethnic lunch for 2 toonies and 1 loonie ($5). Every day there is a different workshop and a different menu!

Workshops will end in a joint evening concert, on May 16, 2015! We will have Okanagan’s own Barefoot Caravan & a variety of drum styles, like Taiko, Middle Eastern & more!

We want to develop community through the recognition of our common means of communication through music. The artists conducting the workshops will teach about the use of their drum or other percussion instrument through its specific cultural lens, demonstrate its use and provide instruments for learning to play. You will observe, learn & most importantly – you can actively interact in a hands-on musical experience, if you want.
