MURDER At The Museum!

 A murder of crows?

Oh those poor crows! Who done it??

Relax! Unruffle those feathers. Here’s who done it, er, who’s doing it:

On Saturday, April 25th, Kelowna Museums, in association with UBCO student artist Kacie Auffret, present an installation of crows, to raise appreciation of crows and corvids in the Central Okanagan. Just in time for Earth Day!

As part of her presentation at Okanagan Heritage Museum, Kacie will share stories involving roadkills, spirituality, and our relationships with animals. She will also provide crow cutouts which will be placed in the gallery as an interactive.

Joining Kacie to provide the natural history component is Logan Lalonde, birding chair of the Central Okanagan Naturalists Club, and the youngest person to hold a position on the executive of that club.

Join our caws! Flock to A Crowd O’Crows!

The wing-ding happens on Saturday, April 25, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at Okanagan Heritage Museum, with special presentations by the artist and naturalist at 2:00 pm.
