THE WIZ
Very many know the story of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, but in this new musical version it’s a fantasy for today – have Oz set to music in a dazzling, lively mixture of rock, gospel and soul. A universal tale of four characters discovering that they have the strengths all ages need: brains, a heart, courage. The Wiz won 7 Tony Awards including Best Musical. The Wiz is directed and designed by award winning Brian Haigh and stars Ashley Lewicki as Dorothy, Konar Sanderson as the Scarecrow, Graham Daley as the Tinman and George Walker as the Lion. The Wiz will brighten the holiday season for kids of all ages.
