Opening night reaction to Skin Flick, Many Hats’ latest production, was overwhelming! “Best show Many Hats has ever done!” “I laughed so hard I have to come back and see the show again to catch what I missed!” were just some of the comments overheard at the opening night gala. The capacity crowd was on their feet to offer the cast and crew a standing ovation!

Skin Flick is a delightful poke at the adult film industry as only Norm Foster could do it! It seems Rollie and Daphne are down on their luck as is Rollie’s best bud Alex. Alex is, or was, a TV news cameraman now unemployed through a set of circumstances so bizarre that only Canada’s leading playwright could have created them! So what’s the solution to the ‘no cash’ dilemma? Why let’s produce a skin flick!

Skin Flick is a tender and affectionate comedy about five innocent people caught in the headlights of making an adult film. The laughs lie in the shock and discomfort of the characters as they venture into uncharted waters.
