Stephanie Moore is the Coordinator for the City of Kelowna’s Cultural Services Branch.  Cultural Services supports arts, culture and heritage in Kelowna through funding, marketing & promotion, programming, research, planning and liaising with organizations, other funders, institutions and senior levels of government.  Stephanie will provide the oook.ca audience with a behind the scenes look at the people and organizations that make Kelowna culturally vibrant and diverse.
