Let Iyengar yoga instructor Krisna Zawaduk guide you on a unique journey through yoga asanas, philosophy and pranayama; and then join artist and educator Rena Warren to create beautiful mandalas using block print.
Krisna and Rena have over 30 combined years of experience in Iyengar yoga, formal art and educational practice. In 2006 they traveled to India together with their families and since have both made several trips to that country of deep inspiration.
$250 per person includes 20 hours of instruction and all materials.
Surrogate daughters welcome. Minimum age is 13.
